If you already have Second Life ® installed and running on your computer, you can jump into an RPS Environment right away! Just follow these few simple steps below:

1 - Choose the Environment you wish to join.

2 - Visit that Environment in-world (most have direct links to the environment from their information page on this site).

3 - Follow the simple, three step registration process at the Environment welcome area.

That’s it - and it gets even simpler if you decide to play in more than one RPS Environment, as your RPS Membership is good for all Environments in which you play!

I do not have or use Second Life

If you are new to Second Life ® - welcome to one of the most exciting new online technologies available today. To join with us in role play, you will need to follow the simple steps below:

1 - Join and install Second Life

2 - Login to Second Life and go through the new user tutorial so that you may grasp the basics of the platform.

3 - Return to this site and choose the Environment you wish to join.

4 - Visit that Environment in-world (most have direct links to the environment from their information page on this site).

5 - Follow the simple, three step registration process at the Environment welcome area. It may be helpful for you to contact a mentor or to ask for help from someone nearby right away so that they may help you get involved in Second Life role play as you continue your familiarization with the virtual world.

We hope that you will find your initial foray into Second Life enjoyable and that you will role play with us regularly. While stepping into a new online technology can sometimes be intimidating at first, you will find that the vast majority of Second Life role players are a friendly and sociable bunch who have not forgotten their first days in the virtual world and are eager to help welcome new members.
